Fighting Kat by PJ Schnyder - Guest Post

Book two of The Triton Experiment

Intergalactic mercenary Kat Darah has been ordered to keep her shape-shifting ability a secret from everyone but those closest to her, for her own safety. She’s learned how to control the feral rage…for the most part. But when Lieutenant Rygard’s military unit goes missing, she’ll use every skill she has to find her man.

Lt. Christopher Rygard has witnessed his girl shift, and he still wants her. After Kat rescues him from alien clutches, he’d like nothing more than to wrap her in his arms again, but his first duty is to his men. And half of them have been shipped off-planet to be sold as slaves.

Kat and Rygard will need to form a new team to go deep undercover, posing as gladiators and learning to fight together in order to survive. In the arena, it’s all about who is the strongest predator…

See how it all began in Hunting Kat.

Acceptance and Survival

Kaitlyn Darah is stronger than any normal human woman. She’s also faster, with better reflexes. Her ability to shapeshift into a panther gives her many advantages...and a few challenges.

In Kaitlyn’s mind, she’s a beast. What kind of man would be interested in her? And would she be willing to allow that kind of man into her life, her heart? Not too many men are willing to step up toe-to-toe with a woman perfectly capable of not only besting him in a hand to hand fight but also ripping him to shreds.

And her altered DNA is making it impossible for her to remain fully human and pretend the panther isn’t a part of her. She’s going into heat and her control is falling apart.

Rygard has seen her shift. He knows what she is. And he doesn’t see her strengths as aberration.

The question is, will either of them survive the arenas to figure out where they go from there?
